Engr. Popoola Olawale is the CEO & Founder of Highbridge Homes Limited. Having started Highbridge with little or nothing in 2019, he has been able to move the company to handling contracts worth over 2 Billion Naira.

He is a native of Oyo state and was born in Lokoja, Kogi state before his family moved to Abuja. He obtained a Degree in Economics, from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State and a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Kwara State Polytechnic. He went further to obtain a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management (CEM) from Lagos Business School.

He started his business apprenticeship at the age of 10, precisely during his elementary school days where he picked up basic skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. He has successfully registered four operational businesses in the Educational, Entertainment, Laundry and Agricultural sector from 2012 till date. His love for real estate was fueled when he interned as a project/site engineer with AC and TB Builders Limited. He later joined the Centriun Construction Company and furthered to Dillion Construction Company where he gathered all his practical knowledge in building construction, sales, property valuation and property management.

Engr. Popoola Olawale established Highbridge City Solutions, a construction company which was incorporated with the CAC in 2016. Within a short period of time, the young expert delivered over 15 units of duplexes at locations within Lekki Phase1, Osapa, Ikate, Orchid Road, Idado/Chevy View Estate, Mayfair Gardens and Chevron Drive. The profits acquired from this venture was channeled into the acquisition of lands to build his own units. In no time, the business expanded grossly and he employed more labor. In 2018, he co-founded Landsignature Investments Limited to undertake projects termed Land Banking Investment Portfolio for intending land buyers.
